2012 Girls Club Fees and payment schedule for Athletes
Playing two seasons Spring and Winter Season
2012 Girls Club Fees
The Buckaneers will be for 10U and 11U teams.  The cost will be $395 for the
season which runs from March 2012 to the first week of May 2012.  All teams will
practice once per week on Friday's and play in 3 OVR tournaments including the
Ohio Valley Region Championships at the Columbus Convention Center.  The
Buckaneers will offer families an opportunity to experience club volleyball at a
lower commitment and cost.  

Important!  Registration for Buckaneers must be by December 15th, 2012

Note:  All 10, 11 and 12 and under girls teams will be entered in 6 tournaments in
the Spring Season.  This excludes the Buckaneers which are going to play in 3
tournaments.  Winter 12 and under teams will enter 4 tournaments.  One of these
tournaments will be a two day event.  13 thru 18 will enter 5 tournaments in the
girls Winter season.  Girls Winter teams do not play in the OVR Regional
Championships in Columbus, Ohio.  The Spring Season for these age groups will
run March, April and the beginning of May.  The above fees are based on 10
players on each team for Regional, Regional Elite, and American and Winter.  If a
team decides to go with 9 players on the team the fee's will be adjusted
accordingly.  All National team fees are based on 9 players on the roster.

  • Spring Season runs February through May
  • Winter Season runs December thru February
  • Buckaneers Season the 1st Friday in  Febuary and will finish at the OVR
    Championships


Payment Schedule

The increased amount for the National and Elite/American team players will cover
the higher number of tournaments, tournament fees, equipments, coaches and
administrative expenses.

The fees can be paid at one time or in installments due on the following dates
below.  We accept Cash or Checks.

There will be a $25 charge for all return checks.


Equipment

Our athletes are outfitted each year int he newest apparel offered by              
Kaepa USA, Inc.

Each athlete receives the following equipment:

2 Kaepa Competition Jerseys
2 Kaepa Spandex Shorts
1 Kaepa Gym Bag or Backpak
1 Hooded Sweatshirt and Sweatpants
1 Long Sleeve Tee Shirt
